True leadership cannot exist without well-being being part of the equation. Yet for decades, women’s health has been underfunded, under-researched, and overlooked across both healthcare systems and capital markets. That gap is now being addressed by supporting technologies created by women who understand the realities and needs of other women. Investing in women’s health is not only a matter of equity. It represents one of the most important opportunities at the intersection of science, technology, and long-term economic value.

Why Closing the Gap is a $1 Trillion Opportunity

The lack of support for women's health is a major missed chance for the global economy. Research shows that closing this health gap could unlock $1 trillion in annual global GDP by 2040.

  • The Funding Barrier: In 2025, female founding teams received just 2.3% of global venture capital at $6.7 billion. This is a stark contrast to the 83.6% that went to all male teams.

  • Market Potential: Even with the funding gap, the FemTech market reached $51.65 billion in 2025 and is on track to hit $59.51 billion in 2026. By 2035, experts expect it to exceed $246 billion.

  • Missing Research: Women spend 25% more of their lives in poor health than men, yet only 4% of global healthcare R&D focuses specifically on women.

  • Economic Success: For every single dollar we put into women’s heart disease research, the economy gets a $95 return through better productivity and lower care costs.

Dealing with the Productivity Crisis at Work

When health is ignored, it costs companies thousands of dollars in lost value for every employee, every year. We are currently seeing a hidden crisis in our workforce driven by health issues that are entirely manageable.

  • The Impact on Peak Career Years: In 2025, research showed that 36.5% of women in the workforce suffer from anemia. That number jumps to 40.6% during the most critical years for career advancement between ages 31 and 40.

  • The Toll on the Brain: Chronic issues like Vitamin B12 deficiency can lower memory and focus by 15% to 25%. This directly hits performance in high pressure roles.

  • Supporting Leaders through Menopause: By 2026, menopause is finally being seen as a responsibility for the whole company. Unmanaged symptoms cause significant missed work and represent a $250 billion opportunity for brain health research.

  • Burnout and Retention: Women report 17% higher stress levels than men. In fact, 41.2% of women deal with chronic stress that makes them more likely to leave their jobs.

Using Tech to Save and Improve Lives

By putting AI and DeepTech to work in healthcare, we can build a much safer future.

  • Preventing Maternal Deaths: Every single day, 712 women die from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. This means one woman dies every two minutes. Most of these deaths are preventable with the right care.

  • Clinical Returns: Health platforms that offer real medical support for mothers are already showing a 2:1 return by preventing expensive surgical complications.

  • Bypassing Old Systems: In India and Africa, the FemTech market is growing at over 15% annually. Telemedicine and digital tools are finally breaking down walls to provide care that is both affordable and personal.

  • Mental Health Support: About 20% of mothers in developing nations face clinical depression after birth. Simple, low cost digital tools can help diagnose this early and keep families stable.

Our Plan for the Future

Our goal is to make sure that women’s health is treated as valuable capital rather than just an expense. We are working to empower a million women by 2029 through better education and tech focused business skills. We know that when women have the health resources they need, they don't just get by; they lead the way for everyone else.
